Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:
Trash runs Monday morning, please put your blue bin out Sunday night and bring it back promptly on Monday. Trash receptacles may not be stored in view from the front face of the home.
Do not park Recreational vehicles in driveway (boats and RVs) for long periods of time, a permanent storage solution will be needed.
Keep your dog on a leash and clean up after it.
All fences require a permit from the city. The homeowner must also submit a plan to the Board for approval. Chain link and privacy fences will not be approved. No fence can be higher than 4 and a half feet tall.
Sheds also require a permit from the city and submission to the Board for approval.
